Kingdom Kids' Registration 2026-2027

Welcome to the 2026-2027 school year for Lake City Christian Reformed Church Kingdom Kids' program!!!! We are excited to offer online registration. If you would prefer a hard copy registration form, please just reach out to our church office at 231.839.4978 or e-mail our Children's Minstry Director at wendy@lakecitycrc.org.

Our Kingdom Kids' program is for boys and girls age PreK4-Kindergarten. Kingdom Kids meet on Wednesday's from 6:30-8pm from October through April on the lower level of the main church building.

The class time is designed to teach the kids about God’s love for them through lessons, songs, crafts, puppets and more!

As a parent or legal guardian of my child (children), I am responsible for the health care decision for my child (children) and am authorized to consent to the services to be rendered. I give permission for Kingdom Kids' leaders and / or the children's ministry director to seek emergency medical treatment for my child if necessary. I further agree to pay all charges for the dental, medical, or hospital care or treatment.

I understand that no information will be given about my child, unless I am specifically contacted and consent to that permission.
